Common Good

Home    Kingdom    Prepare    When    How    Where    Institution    Who

For many the Kingdom of Mashiyach is the impossible dream, a utopia that can never be achieved, even to think about a world of Peace, Justice and Equality brings sadness to many souls, because it just isn't happening.  Dysfunction is considered the norm on this planet!  Most souls must endure physical, mental or emotional oppression every day simply because, there is no justice.  Those who have the means or authority to help bring about fairness and equality prefer to widen the gap between the rich and the poor and use man made "justice" to increase power and wealth unto themselves.  The ruling class are not accountable for their crimes against humanity, they legislate power to themselves to oppress or manipulate the poor people and poorer nations.  Many people wonder why it is that so many must starve and suffer with disease each day when it could be prevented so easily, things could be very different than they are, but it seems as the richer nations contribute to the de-stabilization of the weaker nations simply so they can exploit them.

Leaders of the democratic nations are handpicked by the oligarchies, the wealthy devise evil schemes to cause torment and fear, then they offer solutions with the help of "political strategists" telling the people what they want to hear.  The people elect leaders who talk the talk but who cater to the oligarchies (money mongers), the common man is betrayed and enslaved.  Generations come and go, injustice and poverty prevails, the tyranny of carnal motives continues, people are fodder, there is no justice.  It's impossible for many to even imagine a government that delivers justice and peace, and bring accountability, it's a dream isn't it?

Torah teaches that if an ox gores a man or a women it must be put to death, if an animal develops a temperament to kill it cannot be trusted.  Like a wolf or a dog that tasted human blood it must be killed because it will habitually want to kill again to satisfy the taste of blood.  So it is that mankind cannot turn away from oppressing others once he starts, only haMashiyach provides the ability and wisdom to turn away from perversion and live according to Laws of Righteousness.

Although the tyranny of self serving leaders lusting for power is problematic, the Prophets also speak of a false messiah who will entice the nations into an international pseudo "justice system".  Anti-messiah manipulates the nations through economic, religious and political strongholds, he harmonizes major religions with toleration, moderation, relativism, acceptance and "human rights."  The false messiah embraces and endorses the "moderate elements" within Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Mysticism, Polytheism, Spiritism, Hinduism, Humanism, Buddhism etc.  False religions continue to do what it is right in their own eyes and easily violate of the Word of YHWH and His Mashiyach.  But the Kingdom of Elohim remains accessible for those who will turn from the lower carnal nature of worldliness (humanism).

The Kingdom of Elohim is Not of this World

The Kingdom of Elohim dwells inside His people.

Mashiyach says that while a very troublesome time will come upon the earth, the Kingdom of Elohim will also visit many with power and great authority, but each soul must voluntarily choose to receive the authentic and refuse the counterfeit.  When man does what is right in his own eyes, thousands of children die each day from starvation and disease, innocent people are massacred in religious and racial wars, rich nations enslave poor nations, economies are manipulated to oppress the poor, nations are exploited by greedy "officials" with greedy materialistic ambitions.

Ignorant and wicked people mock Mashiyach and all who put trust in Him, they scoff at man's hope for Peace, but Mashiyach invites all who carry the burden for Truth and Justice to accept His Kingship and enter into His Rest Mashiyach will never endorse man's religions, governments or economic systems, so why should we?  Mashiyach uses no creed or religion to transform the hearts of man, He reveals His Attributes and manifests Righteousness in those who lay down their life to follow Him.  By experiencing the Character and Perfection of Mashiyach, we are transformed into the Image of Elohim, then we are free to build upon the Common Good.

There is only one hope for mankind, Mashiyach is the author of Peace and Justice, the Kingdom of Mashiyach welcomes everyone who seeks Him, none are excluded.  Knowing Mashiyach changes our world view and transforms how we respond to our needs and those of others.  Once we accept His Kingship and enter into His Kingdom, we begin to understand the meaning of life and love.  The Mashiyach reveals to us that it is impossible to find Peace outside of His Justice and Righteousness.  Certainly a majority desire to do good, multitudes join religious groups to become better people and do good things, but the atrocities of war, hatred and starvation are all around us, daily destroying the lives of many.  Man cannot be trusted in himself, he was designed to co-labour and co-rule with Mashiyach, he was not designed to make up his own rules and do what is right in his own eyes.  Consider the labels we wear as Jews, Christians or Moslems?  How is it that people came to be identified by the names of religions, instead of through the One who Created life?  How is it that man's religions have become more important than YHWH and Common Good?

Where does the Common Good of man come from?

The answer is simple yet very profound, only a fool would credit his "religion" as the source of the common good.  Only a fool would credit another human for the desire to do good to others.  If one credits another man or a religion for making a choice toward the common good of others, they are only bolstering external ideology or religion, not the common good.  Common Good is clearly external to the carnal and selfish nature of man and his religions.  Many souls don't know why they are compelled to seek the common good, only that they are compelled to do so, they have no choice, it can only be explained and understood within the "Spiritual Man".  There is a part of man that is compelled to do good toward others, regardless of personal cost or religious identity.  Common Good contains a Spiritual component, the act of the common good is an act of righteousness, we are to "love our neighbour".  Common Good is a spiritual entity, as is Love which operates on a much higher level than the carnal man.

The Common Good does not operate by degrees, one does not do good today so that tomorrow he can afford evil, the common good elevates the value of all souls equally at all times.  Elohim (G-d) is Love Who cares for all Creation and commands us to do the same.  People make sacrifices for the Common Good only after they experience the Common Good of YHWH for themselves.  The goodness of Mashiyach leads a soul to TESHUVA (turning to YHWH).

The Mashiyach bears the Name of YHWH Tsidkenu (YHWH our Righteousness), He is MalkiTzedek the King of Righteousness to whom Avraham tithed, Avraham, Yitzak and Ya'akov are "in Mashiyach" and were trained up by Him.  Mashiyach is the Righteous King, all who belong to Him are in covenant and married to Him, therefore we are required to apply our hearts to His goals and His values (Jeremiah 31:32).  The Mashiyach requires everyone to be righteous and participate in righteous judgments, these are certainly not left to a minority, much less to a ruling class, heaven forbid!  Therefore

Mashiyach is a Government, NOT a religion.

To grow in righteousness we must apply the standards YHWH has established for mankind.  We must also be able to distinguish the truth from the counterfeit ideas of man's dead religions.  However the concept of Righteousness versus Justification has been one of the most heavily manipulated aspects of Truth to make humanism and false religion appear to be coming from Mashiyach.

"Tsadiq" is commonly translated as "righteous" as it refers to a person.

"Tsadaq" is commonly translated as "justify", but better translated "cleared" or "made righteous"

"Tsedaqah" is translated into the word "righteousness" or "acts of righteousness."

COMPARE THESE TWO PRINCIPLES

RIGHTEOUS

Blameless; virtuous; upright; justifiable, just, worthy; good, godly, moral, upright, virtuous, just.

OR

JUSTIFIED

To be cleared, show or prove to be right; vindicate; warrant; to free from blame; exonerate.

Righteousness is the goal of those who seek the Kingdom of Mashiyach.

Justification is the goal of those who seek the praise of men.

The righteous do not seek to be "justified" or "cleared" because a righteous soul is perpetually upheld by Grace.  Grace is the Power of YHWH to walk in righteousness, to be forgiven, and to abstain from transgression against YHWH and one another.  Those who claim to be "justified", believe they are justified while they continue in sin.  The religion of justification (all false religion) tells its adherents that sin is impossible to overcome, or that sin is not that bad of a thing.  The carnal nature within mankind forces him to continue in sin, he is a helpless slave to his own tyranny and carnal desire and false religion gives they means to cope with sin, rather than discontinue it.

The justified soul reminds YHWH that they are perpetual sinners and keep sinning  and keep asking for forgiveness, they keep sinning because their religion tells them that they will continually be forgiven of all their sinning.  Many religious people don't believe it's possible to be righteous, Christian theology teaches that God needed to justify (clear) the sinner by the work of the cross, and man cannot be righteous.  Most Christians realize if they were to be true to Elohim, they would need to make major changes in their lives, but Church attendance itself became a major component for Christian "justification," herein lies the vicious circle of false religion.  The false religious "gospel" was pointed at the person of "Jesus who died on the cross" to save people from sin, but the true Good News makes people "re-born" so they don't continue in sin and there is a very big difference between these two concepts.

Traditional Judaism teaches that it is imperative for a man to be righteous, however it defines righteousness through religious tradition making void the Torah by tradition.  One example is to employ the services of a Shabbat Goy, Torah says no work is to be done within one's gates, by a Jew or a Goy, but Tradition says the Jew can request small acts of work on Shabbat be done by a non-Jewish person.  Tradition says that if your parents aren't observant and don't come under Pharisaical authority then you don't have to be obedient to your parents, Torah says you must honor your father and mother.  Tradition says that Y'shua wasn't Mashiyach and many Rabbis call him a mamzer (bastard), but Torah says the promise made to Avraham and his seed (Mashiyach), was given before Moshe, also the Spirit of Mashiyach was within our Forefathers therefore denial of Mashiyach Ben Yoseph is a denial of the Word of YHWH.  Tradition says that YHWH's Name is too holy to pronounce and they hide the Name, but Torah says the Name of YHWH should not be diminished or taken in vain by hiding the Name of YHWH or hiding from the Name of YHWH.  The Name of YHWH is instrumental in revealing Mashiyach and Traditional Judaism accepts 134 changes made to the Tanakh that has removed the Name of YHWH and replaced His Name with the title Adonai, this is totally against Torah but very much accepted by tradition.  There are just a few examples where Rabbinical Judaism feels it is "justified" by tradition, there are hundreds more.

The Common Good has unfortunately been quantified and defined by religion, rather than being recognized as the universal requirement of each soul.  Those who practice the Common Good are equipped to serve requiring no rewards from others, each is rewarded by YHWH.  It is fashionable for the wealthy in their personal names or through Corporations to set up trusts, charities, foundations and non-profit organizations for philanthropy (brotherhood of humans).  Many times we hear these souls saying they want to "give back" to the community.  However most of these organizations, if not all, have already disqualified themselves from the Common Good on several points, first and foremost is that anyone who is truly seeking the common good will never allocate the lions share of their time to acquire disproportionate amounts of wealth at the expense of others, he will use his talents, gifts and abilities to build Righteous Community and equalize wealth according to Torah, not hoard wealth for himself and play god.  Avraham became the wealthiest man on earth in his day but his wealth came to him by way of service and raising up other men into the Kingdom of Elohim, Abraham is known as a servant, not a Lord.  As we examine many of the worlds largest and richest foundations we discover that the wealthy use their charities to manipulate and acquire more power, the common good was never their objective, the true goals and agendas are political, religious and economic. This is why Yeshua's talmidim (disciples) were amazed when Yeshua stated in Matthew 19:24 "And again I say unto you, It is easier for a rope to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of Elohim."  The disciples said, "Who then can be saved?", the standards of the Kingdom of Elohim and the Common Good have never been lowered so that mankind could manipulate for his own good, the standards have never changed.

Instead of raising the standards, religious institutions have dropped them so low there are now few distinctions between righteous and unrighteous living.  When souls in Mashiyach are transformed into the common good, the institutions of man become obstacles to growth and expansion.  The doctrine of justification is an abusive and unfortunate evil perpetuated on mankind.  The scriptures say that Mashiyach knows His sheep and they follow Him, we are to become like Him.  Justification on the other hand is a way for wolves to dress themselves as sheep, religion perpetuates evil against the Common Good of YHWH.

Tsadiq (Righteous)

Noah is righteous.

..."Noah was a tsadiq (righteous) man and tawmim (completed) in his generations, and Noah halach (walked) with Elohim." Genesis 6:9

Abraham is righteous.

"And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, YHWH appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty Elohim; halach (walk) before me, and be you tawmim (complete)." Genesis 17:1

What made Avraham complete?

"...Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge

my commandments, my statutes, and my laws."

Genesis 26:5

Noach and Avraham are acknowledged by YHWH as being perfect, complete and righteous, so then why is it that religions say it is impossible to be righteous?  One would think that through studying, learning and living in Mashiyach each one would also seek to live according to the Common Good, but this is clearly not the case.  Religion borrows ideas about the Kingdom of Elohim to establish itself it's own authority, but then religion puts itself in opposition to YHWH by willful disobedience to His Word!

Avraham responded to the call of righteousness, the Ruach haKodesh filled him with the Way of Mashiyach, he built a righteous community with 318 trained chaniyk (trained and educated men/disciples).  It's not possible for a man to be "complete" in himself without interacting and serving the needs of others.  The command to be a Kedoshim (holy people) is given to a community of people, never to an individual.  It is through community and co-labouring with HaMashiyach that a person becomes mature and "complete".  At religious meetings people are taught "us and them" values, but Torah teaches us to love our neighbour and include him in the blessings we receive from YHWH.  We are required to share with each one the knowledge of Torah and HaMashiyach.  Detours into Babylon begin when religion says Torah is not for everyone, or that only certain people are "chosen" to be part of the Kingdom of Mashiyach, this is evidence of the vile nature of carnal man.

World Peace will be based on Righteous Judgment

"Seeing that Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him. For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of YHWH, to do justice and judgment; that YHWH may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him."

Genesis 18: 18-19

This law permeates through all humanity, truth dictates that each soul and organization must provide for Justice and Judgment, or they bring curses on themselves.

Righteousness is truth that reveals itself in Peace, Prosperity and Justice

"And he was aman (faithful) in YHWH; and he counted it to him for tsedakah (righteousness)."  Genesis 15:6

The word "aman" is the root word for "emun" which means faithful, however religious translators replace the word "faithful" with "believe".  Being faithful to Mashiyach is to do the right thing, but many are told they only need the knowledge of what is right and "believe" in Mashiyach to be "justified".

Belief has to do with the mind.

Righteousness has to do with ones faithful action.

Religion that focuses on justification rather than righteousness also advocates "belief", or theological doctrines over faithful observance and discipline.  Believing in the existence of One Elohim (Mighty One/G-d) has no potential to make one a better person or make a better world unless one follows through with obedience to the One Elohim.  People are "Believers" because they adhere to an ideology or "belief", but righteousness demands action.  As we DO the commandments of YHWH, His Ways become our ways, and we grow in experience with YHWH and His Mashiyach for the common good, these actions transform the nature of carnal man into a spiritual man, a FAITHFUL man.

Belief is nothing, unless one is also Faithful.

We demand both belief and faithfulness in marriage, Mashiyach demands this of us who are in covenant with Him.  It would be very foolish for a husband or wife to "believe" in their marriage, but practice adultery, just as it is foolish for someone to say they "believe" in Yeshua but diminish the Torah of YHWH.

JUDGMENT

There are several Hebrew words that have been translated "judge".  In the light of "Judge not, that ye be not judged" Matthew 7:1, we must be extremely careful not to bring condemnation upon ourselves.  Mashiyach warns us to not point fingers at someone else, while we do the same things.  Mashiyach is not however advocating we never judge, He advocates "righteous judgment".  The world is a cruel place because it lacks "righteous judgment".  In many religious circles people point to opponents as being "judgmental", but what they are often stating is they prefer their own "judgment" to that of the other.  In many cases those who call others "judgmental" do so because they want to overrule judgment, or they want to deny judgment because they themselves are guilty of the same offence.  Without righteous judgments people are extremely susceptible of being enslaved by those with position and power.

In the context of: Deut. 16:18; 19:17; Judges 2:16; Luke 12:57; 19:22 ; John 7:24; 7:51; Acts 4:19; 13:46; Romans 2:27; 1 Corinthians 5:12; 6:2,3,4,5; 10:15; 11:13, 31; 14:29; 2 Corinthians 5:14; Colossians 2:16; James 4:11 and many other references we are all required to make "righteous judgment",  this is commanded by YHWH, it makes for healthy, prosperous and peaceful communities.  Yeshua said this is one of the weightier matters of Torah Matthew 23:23 "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone."

"Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment."

John 7:24

The world has little or no knowledge of the office of Judges as required by YHWH.  In a Torah based community, Judges were appointed to be examples of righteous conduct.  A Judge of Israel is a righteous counselor who is both well versed in Righteousness and a mentor and disciplinarian, not an enterprising politician.  If it were not for the Righteous Judgments of Torah there would be no need for Mashiyach, it is the Torah that established the Judgment to qualify Yeshua as ha Mashiyach.  Torah provides the benchmark of Justice.  The Jews proved Yeshua to be Mashiyach based on "Torah Consciousness", if it were not for the Disciples of Yeshua who came into agreement with the Messiahship of Yeshua we would not have heard the Name of Yeshua this day, there would be no such thing as a Christian or a Messianic.  It is Torah that established the Messiahship of Yeshua firmly within the Jewish people.  From this "group acceptance" of Yeshua as Mashiyach came forth the Kingdom of Elohim, but weak and carnal men only want to remember those who denied Yeshua and His Messiahship.  Mashiyach is the active and progressive Righteous Judgment of Torah manifest to the world, it is the WORD of YHWH, the TORAH that set forth the criterion by which Mashiyach is proven, and is being proven by all who walk in Him.  The more we turn to Him, the more we stand judged as incomplete without Him!  Yeshua is the Perfect Image of the invisible Elohim.  Without Mashiyach there is not much to live for in this life.

Mishpatim

"Now these are the Mishpatim (judgments) which you shall set before them." Exodus 21:1

Mishpat -is translated as judgment, justice, ordinance, the Mishpatim of YHWH were established, 3400 years before Islam, 2800 years before Christianity, and 2600 years before Rabbinical Judaism.  Religious traditions make it almost impossible to understand and embrace the mishpatim of YHWH.  The religious systems of the world are in conflict with the Judgments of YHWH, most religions nullify the mishpatim by their tradition or basic lack of desire for them and understanding of how to apply them.

Diyn

"And he shall judge the world in righteousness,

he shall minister Diyn (justice) to the people in uprightness. Psalms 9:8

Diyn -is translated as, plead the cause, contend with, minister, govern.  Diyn is a proactive responsibility that YHWH initiates on behalf of His Name and His people.  Prophets, Judges, Priests and all who seek righteousness must also contend with unrighteousness.  The Beit Diyn (house of Judges) are men who volunteer to demonstrate and distinguish righteous action.  "And YHWH said, My spirit shall not always Diyn (strive) with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years." Genesis 6:3

Shaphat

"And Sarai said unto Abram, My wrong be upon thee: I have given my maid into thy bosom;

and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes:

YHWH shaphat (judge) between me and thee." Genesis 16:5

Shaphat -is translated as, judge, plead, avenged, condemn, execute decision, judgment, defend, deliver.  YHWH is ultimate judge of a mans soul.  YHWH calls his talmidim to be leaders who will participate in forwarding His righteous judgments to the community, based on their action as it pertains to His Torah.  "Judges and officers shall you make in all your gates, which YHWH Elohim gives you, throughout your tribes: and they shall shaphat  (KJV-judge) the people with just judgments."  Deuteronomy 16:18

"Nevertheless YHWH raised up shaphat (judges), which saved them out of the hand of those that spoiled them.  And yet they would not listen unto their shaphat (judges), but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of YHWH; but they did not so."  Judges 2:16

"And Samuel said unto the people, it is YHWH that advanced Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers up out of the land of Egypt.  Now therefore stand still, that I may shaphat (KJV-reason) with you before YHWH of all the righteous acts of YHWH, which He did to you and to your fathers."  1 Samuel 12:6-7

"I will greatly praise YHWH with my mouth; yes, I will praise him among the multitude.  For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that shaphat (KJV-condemn) his soul."  Psalm 109:30-31

All the souls belong to YHWH, we are His responsibility, He gives us the power to choose righteousness and asks us to make a collective effort to live according to His Way.  Our souls are not in competition with each other over His Kingdom, nor are we given authority over another man's soul, this responsibility belongs solely to YHWH.  We are called to establish the parameters of conduct and righteous character, a judge establishes these parameters.  Unlike the wicked examples unrighteous judges who use authority and legislation to give favours to the rich.

Yakach

"you have searched all my stuff, what have you found of all thy household stuff?  Set it here before my brethren and your brethren, that they may yakach (judge) betwixt us both."  Genesis 31:37

Yakach -is translated in the KJV as reprove, rebuke, correct, plead, reason, chasten, and appointed, but there is also a plethora of other interpretations available from other "bible expositors".  The basic meaning is to "set right" and this is the goal of righteous counsel.

"Except the Elohim of my father, the Elohim of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely you would have sent me away now empty. Elohim has seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and yakach (rebuked) you last night." Genesis 31:42

"And let it come to pass, that the damsel to whom I shall say, Let down your pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, Drink, and I will give your camels drink also: let the same be she that you have yakach (appointed) for thy servant Isaac; Genesis 24:14

"I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will yakach (chasten) him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:" 2 Samuel 7:14

"And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given your brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to you a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with you, and with all other: thus she was yakach (reproved)."

Genesis 20:16

The word yakach invokes a responsibility to set things right, reconcile and restore a matter.  The severity of the misdemeanor must be met with an equivalent restitution, we can see in the following verses how the KJV translators supplied a variety of English words in lieu of not having an appropriate English word.  There are Hebrew words, Hebraisms and idioms that all teach us that there is a fair and equivalent way to resolve each conflict, this is the basis of Torah based judgment.  Sadly, few men today see Torah as fair and reliable, most are taught that it is old and has been traded for various forms of religion or humanism, few have direct knowledge to apply Torah principles because of being taught theology or values that make void the Torah.  For those who know the Way of Mashiyach, the Torah reveals His Character and Covenant Principles to establish righteousness and peace for all.

Elohim

Judge

Palal -pray, intervene, intercede, mediate

"If one man sin against another, (Elohim) the judge shall (palal) judge him: but if a man sin against YHWH, who shall intreat for him?I Samuel 2:25

Elohim (G-d) is the Judge of mankind, YHWH alone is able to reign perfect justice for mankind.  Consider the information that a mother or father has when correcting their children, the child only knows immediate needs.  The child also sees most everything according to present circumstance and is generally unaware of their own habits, a child best realizes the effects of unacceptable activity after they are caught committing the infraction and are being disciplined.  The child would in most cases prejudice the outcome of justice by giving themselves more rights, if they could.  Nations prefer themselves ahead of other nations, some use money and military might to reign terror over others who do not comply with their demands.  American people know well how corporate America and their government practices evil, many Americans reject the oppression that is perpetuated upon their victims, the beast of America is enshrouded in Christian "values" and endows itself with it's own corrupt and evil justice system.  YHWH judges with righteousness, all sin against another human or country is a sin directed against YHWH.  A human judge is prejudiced by the fact that he is human, not G-d, at no time in Torah is one man to take ultimate authority upon himself as a judge, everything is to be done by the authority YHWH on the basis of 2 or more righteous witnesses.

The anti-messiah is one witness to himself, the kingdom of hasatan is divided against itself, hasatan claims ultimate authority for himself in a bid to rule all, from this model of deception dictators like Sadman Hussein and oligarchic tyrannies lust for power at the expense of justice.  Every kingdom that operates outside of Mashiyach repeats the tyranny of its predecessors, becoming cruel and invasive upon all others as they seek power and perpetuate war against the weak.  Most people are happy to forfeit the freedom and blessings of others in an effort to maintain their own "blessings".  Economic wars, boycotts, oppression and threats from America is how she pushes her weight around, it's understood to be "good business".  America defines for itself what freedom is, much like the church defines it's own "kingdom".  Those who don't follow the Way of Mashiyach and His Torah will always cater to their own selfish needs and circumstances, but the religious people credit all their carnal greed to their God.

Righteous Judgments provide a foundation for individual conduct

"Don't you know that the faithful ones shall judge the world?  And if the world shall be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest of matters?  Don't you know that we will judge angels?  How much more things that pertain to this life? If then you have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the Kehillath.  I speak to your shame.  Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you?  No, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?"  1 Corinthians 6:2-5

The church in Corinth was struggling under false Hellenistic values, they were rebellious and immature and thus incapable of making righteous judgments, they needed to be disciplined and brought into maturity in Yeshua because they were catering to carnal desires.  For us to receive the benefits of "righteous judgments" we must exercise them on a personal level.

The Hebrew Scriptures provide the highest level

of personal moral responsibility and justice.

But it is of no value if we don't exercise Torah and live it.

The Mashiyach calls all men everywhere to halach (walk) as He walked.

"And that you put on the new man, which after Elohim is created in righteousness and holiness of truth"

Ephesians 4:24

The religious world, particularly Christianity has levied a heavy and wicked judgment against Y'shua Mashiyach by advocating that Mashiyach Himself abolished His own Torah (righteous instruction).

"This people draws to me with their mouth, and honour me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.  But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."  Matthew 15: 8-9

"...but if you will enter into life, keep the commandments."  Matthew 19:17

"If you love me, keep my commandments.  And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.  I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world will see me no more; but you see me: because I live, you shall live also.  At that day you shall know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.  He that has my commandments, and keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him." John 14:15-21

"If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love."  John 15:10

"And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that says, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." 1 John 2:3-4

"And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Y'shua Mashiyach, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 24 And he that keeps his commandments dwells in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us." 1 John 3:22

"By this we know that we love the children of Elohim, when we love Elohim, and keep his commandments. 3 For this is the love of Elohim, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous." 1 John 5:2

"And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of Elohim, and have the testimony of Y'shua Mashiyach."  Revelation 12:17

"Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of Elohim, and the faith of Y'shua."  Revelations 14:12

The commandments of Elohim contain the Righteous Judgments of the Mashiyach and His Torah.  When the Mashiyach Y'shua came to this earth "to fulfill all righteousness" he taught His talmidim (disciples) "Think not that I am come to destroy the Torah (righteous instruction), or the (Neviim) prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.  For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Torah, till all be fulfilled.  Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.  For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 5:17-20

Mashiyach specifically mentions "the Law and the Prophets"

Many religions teach against Torah that it is not for today, but most also teach that the "prophetic" Word of YHWH is, however HaMashiyach states that neither the Torah or Prophets have been abolished.  The writings of the Netzarim Ketuvim (New Testament) is the Mashiyach's halacha (way to walk) in Torah.  Mashiyach was a contrarian to religious traditions, He showed His disciples that Torah is to be observed with Grace & Mercy.  Mashiyach instructed a man to pick up his bed and walk on Shabbat, he could have easily instructed the man to return and take it after Shabbat.  Mashiyach made a judgment showing that truth is to be much more highly prized than the tradition.  Torah (righteous instruction) was given to man to make him complete, not to oppress.  On the other hand religion teaches the law of YHWH is oppression, this is the greatest of evils which has been levied against mankind by false religion.

The Shabbat is a most wonderful gift to man, but Observance of Shabbat does not override human life.  In the days of Y'shua, indeed even today, various Religious Sects had turned Shabbat into a religious burden, the Essene sect decreed that if someone were drowning on Shabbat to let the person drown rather than risk "breaking" Shabbat to save him.  The Torah was being interpreted in an evil and malicious way as religious traditions overruled the Word and intent of YHWH.

Y'shua Mashiyach showed how to halak (walk) in Torah

and become complete in Him, for the Common Good.

Those who prefer the traditions of modern religion are not only risking their own future, but are contributing to the suffering and violence toward others.  Major world religions are at ware with each other, they mock and jest each others traditions and values.  Judaism, Christianity and Islam account for more than half the population of the world, imagine what the world would be like if half the religious people on earth were righteous.  What a world it would be!

All religions teach that God has only good things ahead,

people join religions so that good will come to them.

Most join religions or organizations to be part of something bigger, to make a bigger effect on their community or the world, but they fail to see that the institution itself is contrary to the common good, the fact of the matter is the institution depletes the vast majority of it's resources upon itself, which should have been designated for the common good according to Torah.  There is no need to "join" an institution so that good things will come, we must "join" the Kingdom of Elohim and be Faithful to YHWH, the Ruach HaKodesh empowers us to walk in Torah, this is the gift of Grace which allows us to walk in His Righteousness.  Our affirmation must come from YHWH, not from men, not from institutions of man.  Have you not noticed that religions institutions shower themselves with their own blessings?  Imagine what the world would be like if religion was a way to shower the needy with blessings?  Religions teach people to believe that G-d is a G-d of love, people want to know what G-d has to offer, the most popular religions entertain and stimulate their followers by teaching how G-d wants to "bless" them, but HaMashiyach and the Kingdom of Elohim is centered on Justice, Righteousness and Peace, these are the true and authentic eternal "Blessings"!

"So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to YHWH for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.  Thus says YHWH, Keep judgment, and do justice: for my salvation (yeshua) is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.  Blessed is the man that does this, and the son of man that lays hold on it; that keeps the Sabbath from polluting it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil." Isaiah 55:11-56:2

Those in the Kingdom of Mashiyach

are required to Judge with Righteous Judgment,

this protects the community from thieves and false prophets.

EQUALITY

"Yet you say, The way of YHWH is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? Are not your ways unequal?  When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, and dies in them; for his iniquity that he has done shall he die.  Again, when the wicked man turns away from his wickedness that he has committed, and does that which is lawful and right, he shall save his soul alive.  Because he considered, and turned away from all his transgressions that he had committed, he shall surely live, he shall not die.  Yet the house of Israel says, The way of YHWH is not equal. O house of Israel, are not my ways equal ? Are not your ways unequal?"

Ezekiel 18:25-29

The Kingdom of Mashiyach affords each individual the responsibility for his actions, but in the religious systems of this world (Babylon),  the cost of an individual's irresponsibility is involuntarily paid for by the rest of the population, by the innocent.

"One ordinance will be both for you of the congregation, and also for the stranger that sojourns with you, an ordinance for ever in your generations: as ye are, so shall the stranger be before YHWH.  One law and one manner shall be for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you."

Leviticus 15:15-16

One Torah for all,

understood by all,

observed by all,

administered by all.

PEACE

"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusted in You.  Trust in YHWH for ever, for in Yah YHWH is everlasting strength:"  Isaiah 26:3

Peace is the consequence of having one's mind and actions focused on the character of Mashiyach which is perfect Justice, Judgment and Equality revealed to us through Torah being written upon our hearts.

INTERDEPENDENCE

"So Elohim created man in his own image, in the image of Elohim created he him; male and female created he them."  Genesis 1:27

"And the YHWH Elohim said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."  Genesis 2:18

The symbiotic nature of male and female is the image of Elohim, interdependence ensures our existence, interdependence within community addresses the common good as revealed through the Kingdom of Elohim, the Torah and HaMashiyach.

FREEDOM FROM OPPRESSION AND EXPLOITATION

"He that sacrifices unto any god, save unto YHWH only, he shall be utterly destroyed. Thou shall neither vex a stranger, nor oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.  Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.  If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;  And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless."  Exodus 22:20-24

Those in the Kingdom of Mashiyach will not be oppressed by self appointed leaders

who make themselves as gods or who serve as religious icons for others to emulate.

Carnal men are always willing to sacrifice their lives to religious traditions of men, carnal talk, entertainment, TV, carnal movies, power, fame, fortune, prestige of position and use carnal influences to advance themselves.  These things steal from the common good of man, everyone suffers in the end.  The Kingdom of Mashiyach is a refuge from the carnal world, we are in the world but not of it, however religion teaches you can have both.

POWER

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.  For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.Matthew 18:19-20

Power has been given to the followers of Mashiyach to provide righteous judgment as directed by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit).  The Holy Spirit is Set Apart from the influence of corruption, the Holy Spirit assists us in also being set apart from sin, through writing the Torah upon our hearts.  We have the authority and the means, through the work of HaMashiyach and the Ruach HaKodesh to be set apart unto YHWH.  Where "two or three are gathered together in my name" Y'shua says, is a reference to those in Mashiyach who are instructed to bear His power to make righteous judgments that will direct the individuals and the community in the Kingdom of Elohim.

"And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Master, even the devils are subject unto us through your name.  And He said unto them, I beheld hasatan (the adversary) as lightning fall from heaven.  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.Luke 10:17-19

Teaching Emet (truth) destroys the devices of the enemy that are against the common good.  Emet is our ultimate empowerment and is available for everyone.  The Hebrew word Emet (truth) comes from the root aman (faith).

WISDOM

"Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as YHWH my Elohim commanded me, that you should do so in the land whither you go to possess it.  Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.  For what nation is there so great, who hath Elohim so nigh unto them, as YHWH our Elohim is in all things that we call upon him for?  And what nation is there so great, that has statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?  Only take heed to thyself, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life: but teach them to your sons, and your grandsons;"  Deuteronomy 4:5-9

The Torah is wisdom and understanding.  Through the work of the Ruach HaKodesh,

the Mashiyach writes this source of wisdom, the Torah, upon our hearts.

Torah is more than the written Word of the Bible,

it is Mashiyachs inspiration to our hearts.

His Word is Spirit and Life, His Word is Alive.

LEADERSHIP

"And YHWH shall make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall be above only, and you shall not be beneath; if that you hearken unto the commandments of YHWH your Elohim, which I command you this day, to observe and to do them:  And you shall not go aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.  But it shall come to pass, if you will not hearken unto the voice of YHWH your Elohim, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon you, and overtake you:"  Deuteronomy 28:13-15

As we observe the Shabbat and the Moedim (appointed times) we learn to rest in Him, we are renewed in our body, minds and spirits and we learn and experience the Way of YHWH.  The traditions, religions and ideas of man that are against the Kingdom of Mashiyach will all fall away.  Leadership must come from and through HaMashiyach to each individual soul, when people want a king for themselves outside of Mashiyach they become entrapped.  The common good requires that each man and woman take up the calling to exercise leadership and point the Way to HaMashiyach, not to man or religion.  Even now we all have a choice to make, we either confess who we are by mans standard of religion, or we confess and walk in the high calling of the Kingdom of Elohim.  The Kingdom of Elohim is a Kingdom of Priests and Kings who serve and facilitate the Common Good of all mankind.

The Kingdom of Mashiyach entrusts each one of us

to collectively administer the Torah of Righteousness.

We must not by any means leave our most important obligation

and responsibility to others!

YHWH be with you,

Shalom U'Vrachot,

Baruch Ben Daniel

Prepare for the Kingdom of MASHIYACH

"Speak not evil one of another, brethren.

He that speaks evil of his brother, and judges his brother,

speaks evil of the Torah, and judges the Torah:

but if you judge the Torah,

you art not a doer of the Torah, but a judge.

James 4:11
