Shavuot 2005 “The ruach blows where it wills, and you hear the sound, but cannot determine from where it comes, and where it goes: so is every one that is born of the Ruach haKodesh." Yochanan 3:8
Shavuot contains a seemingly infinite amount of information, history and experience regarding Torah and the Ruach haKodesh. The Ruach haKodesh filled those in the upper room on Shavuot who kept their Appointment with YHWH. Those who were not waiting on Him obviously missed a lot of excitement. It is vital that each soul who walks in Y'shua celebrate the Moedim to deepen our relationship and understanding of who we are in Him. Shavuot helps us to draw close to YHWH and experience His presence in our lives, one of the most effective Ways to experience YHWH is by studying His Word. As a person passionately in love with another carefully studies to know details about their lover, so is each one in Mashiyach growing in Love with our Heavenly Father YHWH. We carefully study His Word and listen to the Ruach haKodesh to intimately know Him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means we might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though we had already attained, either were already perfect: but we follow after, if that we may apprehend that for which also we are apprehended of Mashiyach Y'shua. Studying Torah brings more desire for Him into our lives, we want to know everything we can about YHWH and His Mashiyach Y'shua.
As we study His word we pray, Bo Ruach Elohim, Come Spirit of Elohim and guide us further into Your Truth. We say Hineni, here I am, we are available to do Your will, we have complete Trust in YHWH.
Nearly 50 topics were broached this year during Shavuot, each one who attended made significant contributions to enter into and understand the Chag. There were over 20 souls who gave or were prepared to give talks on a wide variety of topics centered on Shavuot. The Feast came and went very quickly, we look forward to next Shavuot when we will again press forward to learn and experience more of the Joy of YHWH. One Day soon we will be celebrating Shavuot and our lives will change forever, Mashiyach will again reveal His great and wondrous Love and the Power of the Ruach haKodesh will be poured out on His People, we are preparing for that day, not only on Shavuot but each day of our lives. May YHWH help us to be a Kedoshim (Holy People) and receive His Spirit in Power.
Bo Ruach Elohim
