What would you do if you had a person tailing you, slandering you and fabricating lies about you for nearly 20 years?  Wherever you showed up in a community either "she" or her gossip about you shows up soon after.  In this case her name is Elaine Dueck from Kelowna (Lake Country), British Columbia, Canada.  She continues making making defamatory charges and inciting hatred against Baruch Ben Daniel wherever two or three are gathered together.  Hatred and/or jealousy seem to be the underlying reasons why people gossip.  The gossiper seeks revenge, in my case I don't even know what I did to deserve her attention, she goes around telling people she knows me, but she's never been to my house.  She's never had dinner at our table, Elaine Dueck was gossiping about myself and my family nearly 20 years ago but why does she insist on giving me so much attention?

     On May 13^th, 2006, on Shabbat at the Repairer of the Breach fellowship in Winfield British Columbia (BC), Canada Elaine Dueck "ministered" her long legacy of defamatory statements against Baruch and his family.  Elaine Dueck is an "Ephraimite" who is married to Alfred (Alf) Dueck and they live in BC Canada, where they met Baruch in the late 80’s.  Their meeting came about by Elaine advertising in a local paper for "followers of Y'shua," an acquaintance of Baruch (the late Brian Fehr) read the advertisement and suggested he make contact.  But, it was a trap, Elaine is really a "Messyantic" Christian Trinitarian, god in three people (polytheistic supporting Christo-Pagan) missionary looking to turn Jews into Hellenized Christians, like herself.

Elaine Dueck alleges that Baruch’s intentions are all just plain evil and malicious.  Elaine Dueck operates her “ministry” against Baruch on three platforms.

1)  First, she and Baruch have different values regarding Torah and Mashiyach.

2)  Secondly, Elaine Dueck has taken up third party offenses which means if Baruch has hauled someone else up on the carpet, she feels it's her duty to defend other Christian gossiping buddies.

3) Thirdly, Elaine Dueck suffers with Jezebel syndrome, which breeds "personality" conflicts between herself and anyone who exhibits any potential leadership (the Jezebel spirit tries to micro-manage men and women in leadership with a religious agenda) through gossip, manipulation and deceit.

     Elaine Dueck has made libel of religious creed in both private and public statements claiming what Baruch stands for and teaches “dangerous” and “legalistic” doctrines.  According to the Defamation Act in Canada, Libel of religious creed is an illegal action against the Criminal Code of Canada:

     The Torah of YHWH, of course, holds a much higher accountability than the Criminal Code of Canada. In Jewish circles, Torah is upheld to the extent that if a person brings public defamation against another, it is as murder.  Perhaps Rabbinical Judaism borrowed this value from Mashiyach Y'shua who taught that if you think it in your heart you’re culpable of the sin, before YHWH and one another.  A lot of folks don’t embrace this "theology" and don’t appreciate folks like Baruch who do.  So they bring defamation against the bearer of the Standard, they seek to destroy the messenger and prophet.  It's nothing new, that's what made Jezebel famous.

     Elaine Dueck charges that Baruch set out to “destroy and split up the Repairer of the Breach Congregation” with intent of establishing a Beit Din with Dr. James Trimm of Texas, to establish his authority over the congregation, a malicious lie.  The truth is that Baruch and others have hauled James Trimm up on the carpet for theft and stealing from the Body and a host of grievous misconduct that Baruch himself has put on public record!  Online rebukes levied by Baruch Ben Daniel against James Trimm have been established by thousands of witnesses.  For Elaine Dueck to associate Baruch with James Trimm in some sort of plot against the Repairer of the Breach is evidence of wilful ignorance within Mrs. Elaine Dueck’s heart, it's MALICE for her to spew out such lies and hatred.

     Elaine Dueck has publicly stated that Baruch is responsible for the “destruction of two congregations”.  No such thing has ever happened, nor will it ever happen! Baruch has never stood up in a congregation to make accusation against anyone’s soul!  A religious Messianic fiasco headed up by Alfred and Elaine along with their Rabbi Frank Milos was avoided by Baruch and his family.  Baruch walked away, no questions asked, no rebukes levied, no nothing... and chose to have no involvement. 

     That congregation eventually fell to nothing because the "Rabbi" came to deny Y'shua as Mashiyach, went religious now wears a black hat with peyot.  Their ex-Rabbi became a ultra-orthodox Jew and so their Messy-antic congregation bit the dust... but Elaine accuses and blames Baruch for something he had no part in whatsoever.  Baruch travelled to Kelowna to try to de-program Mr. Milos from the Rabbinical anti-Messianic lies that he bought into, but Mr. Milos was tired... yet one can't help to wonder if the Jezebel spirit was not a main element that he wanted to run from.

     By withdrawing his support, Baruch and family were vilified by Mrs. Elaine Dueck for being anti-Semitic, which is another pathetic and shameful slander against Baruch, apparently it was simply because of not subscribing to certain religious traditions.  Granted one of the relatives happens to be anti-Semitic, in a different form than Elaine Dueck herself.

     Elaine Dueck has publicly warned others to keep clear of Baruch by claiming he is “arrogant”, a “no-gooder”, and “a troublemaker”.  However Elaine Dueck has never been forthcoming in naming any injured parties (except herself) or bringing charges against Baruch as required by Torah and Matthew 18.  Mrs. Dueck sent Baruch an email with Matthew 18:15 in the subject line demanding to meet with him, but only after she went on a wholesale slander spree on the Shabbat, of May 13^th, 2006, in front of entire "Ephraimite"  Repairer of the Breach Congregation in Lake City BC.  She even brought her mother along to join in her slander chorus.  Baruch had never met the woman previously, but Elaine's mother also claimed to have extensive knowledge of big bad Baruch.  What a shame.  Generational Jezebels.

     Pastor Brian Anderson and his wife facilitated the slander, as did John Aaron and wife Beverly Aaron (Elaine’s relatives by marriage), Gail and Russell Hinter.  Vince Plett wrote an account of the gossip while many others enjoyed the gossip-fest on Shabbat.  Elaine Dueck claims that she “knows Baruch longer than anyone else in the congregation” and she knows he’s good for nothing.  She played her musick, then puffed out of the room seeking more Jezebel "ministry opportunities."

     Elaine Dueck publicly stated that she had been “trying to warn” members of the Repairer congregation for some time, that Baruch could not be trusted; that he is attempting to install a “Beit Din”* to wreak havoc over the Repairer of the Breach congregation.  For anyone with ears to hear, Elaine Dueck’s confession of “trying to warn” members of the congregation means that others had long been made privy to her animosity and evil imaginations against Baruch.  But not one soul at the Repairer of the Breach Congregation had the integrity to confront the matter, especially NOT the pastor and his wife who were obviously relishing it.

     After the defamation against Baruch, three members of the congregation sought to establish verification of whether the charges against Baruch were true.  Baruch phoned Pastor Brian Anderson asking for a meeting together with concerned parties but was denied the opportunity.  Mr. Anderson stated that “it’s all under the blood” and that stuff “between you and Elaine has got nothing to do with me".  Mr. Anderson was crafty to insulate and distinguished himself from his gossiping allies, what he did was wicked.

     In 1990, during a meeting at Camp Owaisi in Kelowna BC (hosted by a group of Torah observant Believers in Y'shua), Elaine stood up during a sermon being delivered by Steve Wagner and demanded, “where does it say in the Scriptures we should keep the Commandments!”  Brother Steve Wagner was rudely interrupted then Elaine Dueck branded the group and our family as legalists for “keeping the commandments”.  Mrs. Elaine Dueck was on the warpath against Baruch because she felt Torah was done away with, remember Elaine? 

     Now Elaine Dueck is on a campaign to “expose” Baruch and his family for their adherence to Torah and promotion of the Name of YHWH.  Many Christo-Pagans know how to say the "Torah", "Y'shua" and "Shalom" but have no interest in entering into a Torah observant lifestyle, they go from group to group to recruit Christians into Messyantic (Christian) fellowships by throwing in some "Hebrew roots" terminology.  A popular form of syncretism, which Brian & Lucy Anderson have enjoyed for the last few years, is to live like Christo-Pagans but throw in a few Hebrew terms to validate their Torah-ish social gossip clubs.

     The Dueck’s (Alfred & Elaine) did choose to remove their idol of jealousy (Christmas Tree) from their house, after reading a Christian article about it's pagan origins, in those former years Baruch was welcomed to teach in their home.  But Baruch isn’t easily micro-managed and this became a big contention with the Duecks who demonstrate a "micro-managing ministry of manipulation” towards others.  This is also a more politically correct term than referring to it as the spirit of Jezebel and Ahab.

     Elaine Dueck is in woeful violation of Torah which teaches that:

1) a person must refrain from going about as a talebearer among their people, (Vayikra/Leviticus 19:16), and that

2) a person should not hold evil imaginations about others in their hearts (Zechariah 7:10). 

3) a person should not speak lies about others (Shemot/Exodus) 20:10); D’varim (Deuteronomy) 5:20; Matthew 19:18; Mark 10:19; Luke 18:20; Romans 13:9.

    But the Jezebel spirit is a tough one to break if the person thinks it's all part of their ongoing Christian "ministries".

     Malicious speech and gossip from Elaine Dueck occurred in 1994 when Mr. Eli Nessim of Vancouver BC Canada gave testimony to Baruch about his gossip session with Elaine Dueck.  Mr. Nessim is/was the acting “spiritual leader” of Kehillath Tzion Messianic Congregation in Vancouver BC.  Mr. Nessim reported to Baruch that during a discussion with Elaine Dueck he became privy to various things about Baruch and his family, and that his gossip session with her put a big black mark against Baruch.

     One of the objections that Elaine Dueck levied to Eli Nessim, was that Baruch was a legalist for teaching the restoration of the Name of YHWH.  So Mr. Nessim visibly pulled back from his relationship with Baruch after his gossip session with Elaine.  Elaine’s gossip contributed to other men and women in the congregation bringing up gossip attacks against Baruch, murmuring against him, and bringing up evil reports against him. 

     Eli Nessim carries a legacy of gossiping people out of his congregation, but credit must also be extended to his wife Judith for this ministry as well, and for the other "core" gossipers.  Mr. Emanuel Butkovsky, refused to acknowledge “the persons of the trinity” doctrine for his salvation and was banished by Mr. Nessim.  Mr. Nessim in a recorded phone call condemned the man to hell.  Baruch objected and was also banished from the congregation for "rebuking an elder" (a carefully fabricated lie of Mr. Nessim) he also stated it was because of "challenging the authority" (whatever that means) no, it's a vey sad bunch of Christians who would operate under such low-life religious and hateful politics.

     Elaine Dueck considers Mr. Nessim as a “tsadiq” (righteous soul), and doesn't like the fact that Baruch says he needs to repent of his gossip and Christo-Pagan teachings.  Mr. Nessim is a highly respected friend/mentor of the Dueck family.  Baruch has made a very severe public rebuke online about Mr. Nessim’s propensity to gossip, make defamatory statements, backbite and exercise his one-man-show Abimelech pulpit ministry style of authority over “the sheep”.  Baruch was banished from Mr. Nessim’s Kehillath Zion congregation in Vancouver on March of 1997, with the help of Elaine Dueck’s gossip.  But Baruch broke no congregation apart, in fact, there are still people attending the congregation who were originally invited by Baruch as of the fall of 2008.

     Elaine Dueck invented gossip about Baruch and his family for the ears of Betty Lou Loewen of Abbotsford BC, Rosa Bianca Starr of Vancouver, Barbara Gordon of Langley, Myra Wilding of Vancouver, Jannette Edmonds of North Vancouver, Richardo Daponte, James Hardy and others who confessed to hearing the gossip trail that originated with Elaine Dueck.  Vancouver is only a few hundred miles from where Elaine Dueck resides so a "ministry" trip for slander is no big exertion when a person has such deep passion for gossiping about others.

     Elaine and Alfred Dueck slandered Baruch and his family in the ears of Warren L. Bowles, the Pastor of Tree of Life Congregation (Kehilah Etz Chaim) in Kelowna, BC, Canada.  Elaine made false and misleading statements about his family being “dangerous people”, “legalists” and “Sacred Namers” and warned the Tree of Life congregation to beware.  It’s one thing to hold differing viewpoints, but it’s another to launch slander attacks, which Alfred and Elaine Dueck have long chosen to do.

     As far as being in the “Sacred Name” movement, there isn’t a soul on earth who has ever heard Baruch Ben Daniel teach that the Name of YHWH in itself is a theological matter of salvation.  Baruch is also well aware that a lot of sacred name people are just as anti-Semitic as a lot of Christians, who hate Jews, who speak negatively of "Judah" and Jews because of their Christian anti-Semitic backgrounds.  A lot, because a lot of Sacred Name congregations have leaders who are visibly anti-Semitic, but CERTAINLY not all!

     Elaine and Alfred Dueck slandered Baruch and his family in the ears of Frank Piper, a Pastor from “For Such A Time As This” in Vernon BC, who was also in attendance at the Tree of Life Congregation in Kelowna and welcomed the gossip, warnings and loose tongue of Elaine Dueck.

    Elaine and Alfred Dueck slandered Baruch and his family to Brian and Lucie Anderson, the pastor of Repairer of the Breach Fellowship in Winfield BC.  Alfred and Elaine’s gossip about Baruch surfaced within a week of his first attendance at the Repairer of the Breach congregation during Pesach 2005.  Alfred Dueck was present at the seder.  Next Shabbat, when Baruch was greeted by the pastor Brian Anderson, it was clear Brian had his ears filled with slander about Baruch.  When Baruch questioned Brian Anderson about it, he protected his "informants" and wouldn’t disclose his “source”. 

     The conversation between Baruch and Brian Anderson was witnessed by Mr. David McCready of Enderby BC.  Baruch said to Brian quote; “so who have you been talking with behind my back?”, Brian quickly changed the subject, refused to talk about it and changed the subject.

     Elaine Dueck has a consistent record of defamation, gossip, tale bearing, character assassination, reckless speech and Torahlessness against the good name and reputation of Baruch and his family; but has at no time made any charges, rebukes, reproofs directly to Baruch or his family.  Elaine makes malicious character attacks and defamation publicly and privately at her leisure.  The character assassination ministry that Elaine Dueck heads up has caused irreparable damage.  The Defamation levied against Baruch has left indelible stains upon his good name and character.  The Repairer of the Breach congregation has taken up her slander and character assassination.

     So far, Elaine Dueck’s defamation against Baruch has been disseminated in the following congregations:

Kehillath Tzion congregation in Vancouver BC.

The prayer for Israel fellowship in Abbotsford BC, hosted by Betty Lou Loewen.

The Tree of Life Congregation in Kelowna BC led by Warren Bowles.

and of course wherever the good name of Baruch is mentioned in her presence.

You both have been put on notice:

The sum of monetary damages is set at $25,000.00 CDN for consideration of the defamation and slander you have levied against Baruch.  You repent (make a public apology) and write out a cheque that doesn't bounce and Baruch will consider it as restitution.

Baruch will provide you with a charitable organization to make the check payable to, he wouldn't want you to think that he wants or needs your money.  If you choose not to repent and make restitution;

Baruch Ben Daniel solemnly testifies in the Name of YHWH and His Mashiyach that:

1) The slander against me by Elaine and Alfred Dueck and other members of the Repairer of the Breach Congregation "Ephraimite" group in Winfield BC is baseless lies, slander and hatred against me.  I take this matter seriously because the damage is against my person, my family name and the Name of YHWH and His Mashiyach Y'shua.  I am ready, willing and able to bring witnesses and testimony that I have sanctified the Name of YHWH according to Mashiyach Y'shua and am not culpable of charges that Elaine Dueck has levied against me.

2) I have asked for a hearing of witnesses directly to the pastor in authority of the congregation (Brian Anderson) and through Russell Hinter who claimed to be working toward such a meeting. As of the time you are reading this, no meeting has been forthcoming, Russell has done nothing but only succeeded in spreading more gossip.

3) Charges against me of not following Matthew 18:15 are patently false and without merit.  I was in the position of defendant not plaintiff.  I did not originally bring any charges against Elaine or her family, she brought them against my person and I have now chosen to make a statement of truth regarding the matter. Elaine gossiped before the whole congregation while I was not present. I have no reason to go to her for slandering me publicly, as she has been doing this for a very long while.  Asking her politely to stop it is like holding a feather against a machine gun.  I've put notice on public record so others will understand that what she is doing is evil.  The pastor and the congregation consented to her slander.  I am saddened, ashamed and disappointed with those at Repairer of the Breach who don’t see any merit in curtailing their gossip and slander.  My relationship with individuals at the Repairer congregation has been trashed due to the slander against me by Alfred & Elaine Dueck, John Aaron, and Brian & Lucie Anderson.  And their gossip against me has had ripple effects within the Two House congregations around the world.

4) Elaine Dueck has falsely accused me of attempting to bring the authority of James Trimm over the Repairer congregation, this is false and telling of Elaine’s ignorance and evil imaginations.  Dozens of witnesses could be brought forward to show that Elaine Dueck is making defamatory and sensationalist statements which are lies.  Well over half a million visitors on my websites have had access to information about my relationship with James Trimm and my teachings and actions regarding Torah based Beit Din has been posted for many years.  Elaine Dueck has formed a cruel and false attack without merit.

5) While attending the 2006 Annual General Meeting of the Repairer of the Breach fellowship in Winfield BC, Brian Anderson publicly queried me if I had been “put up to this”, referring to advocating a Torah based Beit Din.  Mr. Anderson stated after the meeting that in his eyes, the Beit Din was an attempt to “keep the pastor in line”, to which I replied in the affirmative and that it is for the benefit of everyone.  For Mr. Anderson to view a Beit Din as an effort to keep him “in line” is indicative of his own guilt and spiritual immaturity.  The nature of a Beit Din is to uphold Torah values within the community, establish Gideon-like team leadership, and accountability to one’s words, all what comes out of one’s mouth.  It is very easy to see why this is so objectionable to both the Anderson’s and the Duecks, however this gossip that Brian Anderson believed came out of Elaine's mouth.

6) When I heard news of the gossip levied against me by Elaine Dueck, I requested that the person(s) not share the matter with me unless there would be a meeting of witnesses.  I also asked for written accounts of the matter be made for future reference in an effort to establish the truth of the matter and reconciliation.

7) I did not consent to a “one on one meeting” with Elaine Dueck as she requested, because she has demonstrated herself a habitual liar.  I will NOT meet with her or her husband unless witnesses are present and she and her husband Alfred Dueck have indicated they intend to try to make reconciliation.  Anything that I would say to her or Alfred would only be twisted in an effort to bolster their hate campaign against me, as they have done in the past, that's why Scripture requires that an orderly account of the matter be written.

8) I have sought legal counsel from a criminal lawyer, as well as persons within the Household of Faith regarding the matter between Elaine & Alfred Dueck, Brian & Lucy Anderson, the Repairer of the Breach Congregation in Winfield BC Canada and myself.  I am pursuing a monetary restitution settlement against Elaine Dueck and have no choice but to also indict Brian & Lucy Anderson and the Repairer of the Breach for consenting to the defamation against me.

9) I have sought to help establish learning and development of Beit Dinim in every community I visit where the Name Y'shua is confessed and Torah is observed.  Beit Din is a Torah directive commanded by YHWH, not me.  A Beit Din is to be accomplished on the authority of YHWH’s Word, not mine.  It is part of my calling in Mashiyach to bring His Name and the application of Torah into the Body of Mashiyach according to Matthew 18:16, 20; 1 Cor. 14:29;  2 Cor. 13:1; 1 Timothy 5:19; D’varim (Deuteronomy) 19:15 and on the basis of many other Scriptures.

10) I have lived and served as youth pastor, pastor, rabbi, rav, teacher, counsellor, worship leader and friend of “saved and unsaved” souls in Mashiyach Y'shua nearly all my life.  To have my name defamed by those who call themselves “believers” is an offense against YHWH and His Mashiyach Y'shua and the Household of Faith who I serve, as well as my person.  Elaine Dueck’s gossip ministry has brought suspicions against my person and character which is also compounded by the fact that I am a single, never-married soul who will not marry outside of the household of Faith.  The baseless hatred and slander against me from Elaine Dueck has been spread throughout the local community and is now considered as a fact by these infidels.

11) Elaine Dueck used the matter of the Anderson’s violation of Shabbat and their “repentance” along with third party information from my private phone conversation with the Andersons to launch a defamation attack against me. 

12) Elaine Dueck planted gossip in the heart of Brian Anderson who also lied, falsified my testimony, and escalated my words from our telephone conversation of May 12^th 2006.

13) Elaine Dueck accepted an invitation by Brian Anderson to use the Repairer of the Breach facilities to spread gossip about me.  Mr. Brian Anderson abused his authority as a pastor and leaned on his “pulpit ministry” to punish me by his own gossip as well.  For example, I at no time requested Brian Anderson “leave the congregation” because of his violation of Shabbat.  I stated that I had withdrawn my support of his "pastorship", and suggested he step down for a minimum of 6 months to indicate the gravity of his offence, make true repentance and help prepare other men for responsibilities within the congregation.  Brian & Lucie Anderson devised a strategy of putting words in my mouth before their congregation, that I did not say, and cleverly neglected to mention the salient points of our conversation.  Not only did they misrepresent me before the Congregation, they conferred with Elaine Dueck to publicly slander me in front of their congregation.

14) Elaine Dueck's gossip is being harboured and protected by Brian Anderson who during a telephone conversation the morning of June 18^th refused to attend to a meeting between he, Elaine and witnesses.  Brian Anderson also took the opportunity to scorn me so that I wouldn't bother calling him in the future.

15)  Elaine Dueck's gossip is being harboured and protected by Russell Hinter and others who also enjoy the Jezebel spirit ministry in their homes and congregations.

16) Elaine Dueck's Jezebel gossip ministry is welcomed by Mr. Cliff and Ann Mandel of Ladner BC Canada who've come under the authority of her "ministry".  Cliff Mandel invited me to his fellowship for Shabbat, but Elaine's daughter attends his fellowship so Cliff Mandel, rather than calling me to cancel his invitation, asked a third party to de-invite me to his home.  Mandel claimed that Elaine's daughter would have been uncomfortable if I were present.  That was early 2010, Mr. Mandell offered to "talk about it" but as 2011 begins it appears as he has nothing to say.  Ever meet a group of people who have been gossiping behind your back and see the uncomfortable incriminating looks on their faces?  It's not pretty.

...wives [be] grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things...

     I pray that YHWH would hear my and our prayers, and be attentive to our needs, and look down from Heaven, and help "believers" stop the gossip and slandering, because of the blood of Mashiyach that was shed on our behalf.

     Gossiping is an addiction, not unlike overeating, procrastination, lying, alcoholism, drug addictions or sexual addictions.  Religion is also an addiction.  YHWH says don't go about bearing tales and we are instructed;

Therefore, put away from lying and speak the truth each with his neighbor;

for we are members one of another. 

Ephesians 4:25

     The truth is that if you welcome gossipers and liars into your congregation, because you want to have pity on them, or because you think you can minister to them, the Voice of YHWH will become dimmer and dimmer to you.  Religion is an addiction.

He that speaks truth shows forth righteousness:

but a false witness deceit.

PS Mrs. Elaine Dueck, I'm not against your person, or your husband Alfred, or your family, or anyone else.  But I would appreciate it, if you could find it in your heart to stop gossiping and slandering me because you disagree with my theology or the way I comb my hair.

*Beit Din is translated as “house of counsel (or judging)”.  This is a Torah directive to establish equally vested souls (three or more) who are available for counsel to those who require reconciliation.  A Beit Din is a common Torah based initiative which operates in most Jewish communities.   However, in Christian communities it operates under themes, as in holding arbitration hearings to settle disputes, or raising up “team leadership and elders” who hear cases, rather than one person imposing singular veto authority over others.  A Beit Din, is a collective effort to establish truth and counsel all persons in the matter of Torah principles.  The goal of a Beit Din is to establish Torah values, peer relationships, mentoring, Equality, Justice, Harmony and Peace to each individual by upholding Maxims of Law according to Torah as pertaining to each persons Freedom, Rights and Personal Property.

**Jezebel was an evil queen of Israel, a self appointed mover and shaker who ruled (micro-managed) her Ahab (husband) from “behind the scenes”, Jezebel fought against and slew the Prophets of YHWH rather than turn from her wickedness.  The Jezebel spirit fights against the authority of Torah and Beit Din in order to establish herself as a principality so as not to expose her witchcraft and evil deeds done dirt cheap.  One really couldn't ask for a better model of Jezebel that Mrs. Elaine Dueck of Kelowna BC.  Wow, I just thought of something, maybe YHWH has let that poor old windbag, get filled with all her demons so the local "believers" could get a real life picture of a Jezebel in full operation?  Isn't that right John Aaron?
